There is excellent richness to the solidly concentrated and well-detailed flavors that possess a sleek mouth feel despite the presence of plenty of taut muscularity

Like the Saint-Claude

The seductively textured and acceptably concentrated if not especially dense medium-bodied flavors possess reasonable power and volume on the lingering and nicely complex finale

There is again excellent volume to the mouth coating and powerful larger-scaled flavors that exude both hints of minerality and bitter pit fruit on the lingering

For many years

the Stellmacher reveals rich and intense fruit but also a saline and slate-driven finish with finely grained acidity and great mineral tension
